Jeannette’s Broccoli Salad

1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6-8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 – 1/4 cup sugar (more or less to taste)
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (more or less to taste)
Cut Broccoli and cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until time to serve.
(will stay good for a couple of days)
